We often find many web/blog which can show that the owner is online or offline, such as Yahoo! Messenger online status that show the owner’s online status. Hab.La provides some alternative IM client where you want to use as a service, can be through like GTalk, AIM (AOL Instant Messenger), Jabber, and several other IM clients such as iChat, Adium, Pidgin, or Meebo.
To understanding of the service of Hab.La, follow a few steps below:
1. Please Sign-up on the site Hab.La, at the URL: http://hab.la, and then fill in registration form.
2. After Sign-up, do not forget to verify (confirm) your registration in Hab.La by clicking the link sent to the email address you listed on the registration form.

4. The first step after Logged in is set up the IM client which you want to make a connection to the services of Hab.La, for example, just like the IM client I use is GTalk, and for this article I will only explain of GTalk guidance with Hab.La.

5. Enter the email address of your GTalk account completely, then click "continue".
6. Now please do not forget that you also need to login to your GTalk IM, because Hab.La will add users on the list of your GTalk.
