The Manual Way to Make Your Firefox Working Faster

Guys, this is an old guide to make your Mozilla Firefox working faster, but I want to share this again to you. There is a manual way by setting your Mozilla Firefox configuration to make it better. Oke let's go to the points, first open your Mozilla Firefox, if you didn't have it, click here to download.

Below is the points:

1. Type about:config in the address bar of your Firefox

2. If you see a message with the words: "This might void your warranty!" as shown below:

ignore it, then click: I'll be careful, I promise!

3. If you did point no.2, please type: network.http in filter bar address

it will sort preference names with the beginning of the prefix "network.http"

4. Then select 2 preference names you need to change here, namely:
  • network.http.pipelining
  • network.http.pipelining.maxrequests

5. Click 2 times preference name: network.http.pipelining, change the value from "false" into "true", then click 2 times also on the preference name: network.http.pipelining.maxrequests, and change its integer value to 60. You can seen the screenshot below:

and the following is the screenshot after the 2 preference names has changed:

6. If you use the internet with the proxy, please also set the preference name: network.http.proxy.pipelining, change the value from "false" into "true" (see the screenshot just above this).

7. If you have all of them, please restart your Mozilla Firefox, and this will make the performance of your browser work faster about 10% -25% from the previous.

That's the info I can share to you, friends. If you have questions, please post a comment on this article. :)
